If you are not completely satisfied and would like to return your order, we are here to ensure this process is easy for you! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.

Eligible and Used Returns

To be eligible the item must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging. We understand that you may have tried the item, we can’t blame you for that! If less than a quarter of the item is used you are still eligible to return, if it is more it is not. 

Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin your return, please email us at yoursupport@erthecode.com with your full name and order number. We will send you a free return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package to us.

When your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email whether the return was approved or rejected. If you are approved, please give up to 10 business days to be refunded to the original payment method. 

Please note: We do not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen.

Damages or Issues Upon Delivery 

Upon receiving your order please inspect it. If the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item please hold on to it. Next, email us at least three photos of the order at yoursupport@erthecode.com with your order number.  Upon review and approval, we will send you a replacement order immediately.
